NEWBORN SESSIONS $450

Newborn sessions take place between 7-21 days of birth. It's important to let me know within 3 days of your baby's birth so we can make sure to schedule your session in an optimal time. I will plan for 2 hours of shooting time, however it may take more or less depending on your babies schedule (feeding and getting baby to sleep can take some work). The price for a newborn session is $450 with an additional $50 fee if you choose to book a fresh 48 due to me having to be "on call". Your session fee includes a fully edited digital image gallery hosted online for up to one year after and a print release. You may order through your gallery or download your images and order through another print gallery. You are not limited on the amount of images you can download from your gallery.

FRESH 48

Whats a Fresh 48? A Fresh 48 is when you call me the second you go into labor (make sure the person in charge of contact has my info and vise versa) and you and I plan a time within the first 48 hrs I can make it to come take those first few moments with your newest arrival. These photos are often raw, emotional, documentary style. Fresh 48 can be any time within the first two days baby is here. I can show up as early as the moment you start pushing, or as late as the day you come home from the hospital, whatever works for both of our schedules.

NEWBORN

This is solely focused on baby, I spend a lot of time posing, calming, and photographing your newborn. I try and make sure you get the best photos of them, these are more posed and less candid than the other two packages, and regardless of which package you pick I will always spend time posing you and your baby a little and getting gorgeous solo portraits of baby. This package is good for the mama who isn't feeling like getting in front of a camera yet, or if you love the idea of props, outfits, and a studio setup.

LIFESTYLE

These are great for families who want photos to share with their loved ones on social media. Families who love candid photos, print + frame photos of their family, and feel comfortable in their skin and home. We don't always have to shoot lifestyle in-home, we can also do outdoors during calm weather, or in a cute local shop or coffee spot. Families often opt for in-home just because it's hard to get out with a newborn. We can also rent a studio and recreate that natural homey environment if you don't feel like cleaning.

What to wear?

You are more than welcome to send me your favorite colors and I can shoot you over an outfit palette. I also own several maxi dresses and kimonos available for clients to use, I recommend if you plan to be in the photos to pick your outfit out first and style everyone else around you. Also, solids and no crazy patterns (paisley, bold stripes, checks) or neon colors are preferred to make sure your photos draw the focus towards your little one and not your check shirt.

What blankets or props do you have/bring?

I own several neutral blankets, swaddles, wraps, and bows/hats. I also own a few baskets and crates. I bring a shusher/sound machine, portable heater, letter board with extra letters (at request), bonnets, and a vintage gown. However, everything I bring is optional and I always prefer to dress baby as neutral and simple as possible or in something you absolutely love. You don't need to feel pressured to use my blankets or outfits, nor do you need to stress if you can't find the perfect outfit or blanket. Between you and I we'll have plenty of options for baby. I typically shoot baby in 2 outfits and one diaper only/swaddle only outfit.
